Here at Katie’s dog grooming we only take in dogs from one household at a time to maintain a quiet and relaxed environment. Every effort is made to provide a unique and stress free grooming experience with the utmost attention and care (and a few treats too!).

Puppy Welcome Groom

I always recommend introducing puppies to grooming sessions at an early age as this helps your puppy to bond with me easily. They will have an introduction to different grooming activities and get a feel for the salon. I recommend a puppy groom for as soon as puppies have completed their vaccinations . They will get a gentle bath and lush fluff dry, a nail trim, face and feet tidy, a hygiene trim and of course much love and cuddles! This will prepare your puppy for their future 'full grooming' appointments.

Full Groom

A full groom includes everything your dog needs to look and feel good. This will include a luxurious bath & fluff dry, nail clip, hygiene trim and a custom coat styling, finished with a spritz of coat conditioning spray. Each groom is discussed and agreed before hand. Bath and Tidy

Treat your dog to a luxurious bath and shampooing, with a lush fluff dry. This also includes a face and feet tidy, hygiene trim and nail clip. Sometimes a bath and tidy up is all your dog needs to keep them looking beautiful between their full groom. It is also a great way to prevent matting and to keep their coat in good condition.

Bath and Deshed

This includes a luxurious and thorough shampooing, a lush fluff dry, nail clip and deshed to keep them feeling and looking gorgeous.

Nail Trim

Bring your dog along for a nail trim to prevent them from getting long and sharp. Good nail maintenance keeps your dog happy and their nails a healthy length, which is great for their joints and general wellbeing.

About Me

I understand what it means to own and love dogs as I am a proud owner of 3 pampered pooches! This is how I came to be a dog groomer and now each day revolves around many dogs. I wouldn’t have it any other way! I’ve been grooming for 10 years and specialise in small to medium/large dogs. I have my City and Guilds level 2 and 3 in dog grooming. I’m very passionate about the dog grooming service I provide and I aim to groom your dog to tail wagging perfection each time they visit! I have many regular clients who enjoy coming to be pampered. Whether you have a playful puppy or a gentle older dog I will take the time to make sure the groom is done well and ensure that your furry friend has an enjoyable experience.

Free advice is given about your dog's general health and grooming care. I always use high quality products and dogs are always hand dried not cage dried.
